Self Assessment + Evaluative Enquiry

Organisational awareness and knowledge of self

Self-Assessment is defined by an organisation having an awareness and knowledge around their own areas/programmes to enable them to identify strengths and weaknesses.

AQC consultants can assist with this process enabling staff to use evaluative enquiry to find areas of strength and areas of weakness that are not consistent with required practice and that need change.  This evaluative enquiry fosters worthwhile improvements to ensure ongoing benefits to the organisation. Through this enquiry staff will be able to make worthwhile improvements, quote accurate quantitative data narratives, and hold qualitative discussion.  Confidence is built in data knowledge and understanding, leading to the ability to speak to it with clarity and certainty.

Building this capability occurs in phases that allows for ongoing review and assessment of the work whilst providing carefully managed data sets, both quantitative and qualitative.
